Halluc IIχ” is an eight-tired robot vehicle, but each tire is driven by seven motors. It can either run on wheels, or walk using axles. Most cars require some kind of road, but “Halluc IIχ” is designed to avoid that limitation. It is a pure experimental prototype and has not been built to have the qualities of a passenger vehicle.
