This robot series takes creature-like forms, and made through additive manufacturing (3D printing) technology. Apart from the motor, all parts are manufactured as a single continuous entity, meaning that almost no assemblage is needed. Like a living creature, it is born fully formed, ready to walk as soon as the motor is set.
The complex curvatures and flexible structure are made possible by additive manufacturing technology. Realistic smooth, soft motions mimic those of a living being thanks to mechanisms and structures of 3D printing manufacture.
